the A01C are default roms installed in the OFT. your ecu is a A00C and the OFT will only let you upload those roms into the OFT. I noticed the same thing when i first got mine and asked the same thing. The OFT wont let you upload the wrong rom

Seems to be reading accurately. Might be an odd coincidence that this tank of E85 coupled with the new map is when it chose to show up. I need to burn through this tank and go back to 93 and see if it persists. If this is recurring with E85, no more corn juice for me until I get some hard data as to whether or not this is a nuisance code or a real problem.

Just to add to the list of reviews, I upgraded to 2.01 from uhh I think 1.3x, can't remember but it's been a while. I gave it a couple days to settle in, quite a noticable difference. It's really hard to say if it's actually faster or not (butt dyno while fun is horribly inaccurate), but a really significant improvement in refinement.

- It seems like the torque dip, while improved in the older tune I had, is even better now. It seems to be much flatter until about 4K where it picks up in a smooth surge.
- Induction noise during the torque dip is much less - I got used to the noise but now that it is gone I'm happier.

-Idle is smoother.

-Just running through the gears sounds and feels smoother.

No logs yet, but watched real time display and IAM is flat at 1 (I'm running the 93 tune on 93).

Great OTS tune Shiv, to anyone who hasn't done this yet, do it. Car is even more fun to drive now.

Going on a 400 mile road trip on Thursday, I'd love to use it to road test the new update! Pleaseeeeeeeeee @Shiv@Openflash show me the way!

If you see CAL of A00C in the OFM, that's because that's the appropriate CAL ID for your car/ECU. Regardless of what the tune is based off, you have to choose the matching CAL ID for your car/ECU.

Mine is 700C, but I'm running the newest tune which is based on B01C.

Thanks for the info. The OFT really is idiot proof. Well, maybe not always in my case :/ Looking forward to flashing the updated EL E85 map today

Similar weather conditions? Same gas? Same dyno?

Any logs to see what the AFR's, knock, etc were on both pulls?

What MAP in both cases? (ie 1.59 stage 2 UEL)

I went from v1.59 el stage 2 tune to v2.0 el stage 2 tune and no I haven't done logs but same dyno same temps same time of day same humidity and all, with the new update low end I was running rich and top end I was running lean, always use the same gas from the same station and I run 93

About four weeks ago I saw this exact code pop up. Interestingly, it happened immediately after plugging in the OFT for some logging. I cleared the code and have never seen it again.

I'd also imagine that you need to give the tune a bit of time to settle in...similar to the throttle position, I'm sure things run a little on the safe side before it relearns everything. How many miles did you put on before testing on the dyno? Also, did you just look at peak power or power under the curve?
