April sounds fun. I guess I'll look around elsewhere
On a related note, I did discover this morning that a lowered FRS with the proper snow tires makes a perfectly fine snowplow on a street with 18 inches of fresh untouched snow!

My neighbors should enjoy the 3 inch high lane I created. Thinking of billing the city for the plow job.

you can remove the bumper, and start with those tabs first when installing. I'm sure its just because the tabs are not in all the way. sometimes when installing the bumper, the tabs will go over, or under the clip, forcing it to bend and not sit flush. It can be done DIY.

The bodyshop should fix this .... not your problem. If you try and crack the paint .... then it becomes YOUR problem.

You could try pushing in right there and seeing if you hear it clip in, but I would definitely let the shop know they messed up.
I actually just tried pushing it back in and the bumper does bend, but I'm afraid i'll break something too if I push too hard. Anybody else try this before?

If it takes any real force than its not aligned properly. Will need to be taken back off.

Yeah if you try again and don't get perfect fit that mean dumbass body shop didn't do a perfect job to repaired it. It happened to me a while back, I just try to fit it as best I can and live with it. It doesn't bother me anymore now.

^ I agree, but also agree that the shop should fix this. I actually did this to my bumper after I finished installing my Perrin CAI and silicone inlet. It was in fact due to the bumper not sitting in the prefab slots. Luckily it was only one side, easily fixable by loosening the bumper and reinstalling it.

If you dont feel comfortable, then just take it back to the shop and tell them to readjust the bumper. It's not very hard, Im a girl and was able to do my entire CAI and inlet install on my own. My husband supplied some of the elbow grease on some stubborn screws, but it was an easy install overall.
