Entune and Starlink 7.0 with navi really need to be in the 86/BRZ. I spent 2 weeks in a hyperblue (perks of my job) and even wrote about it and that 6.2-in. Starlink is so freakin' junky that it really dates the entire center stack. Plus who in their right mind gets rid of navi without replacing it w/ android auto and carplay integration.

If you look at the 2017 Toyota 86 interior they seem to have carried over all of the old little details which doesn't look nearly as bad.
I really do feel like the Toyota has the better interior this time, but the Subaru has the nice exterior. Although we don't know what will the Toyota actually come with inside since the model shown is a prototype....

Don't mind the stitching, it brings a dash of sorely-needed colour to an otherwise monochromatic interior.

But that 1980s style digital clock...

That would be LA and hopefully they show it there or before then. It's about time we get the refreshed BRZ which hopefully gets a better infotainment system to go with the rest of the interior tweaks and the minor performance upgrades.

It wouldn't make sense though since if the refresh was 2017, it should be out already by the LA Auto show.

LA auto show is in November. I can't find any major shows in US over the summer. Jakarta, Moscow, & Paris have International auto shows in August/September.

From what I was told, in kind of a rude way "We'll Show it, when it's ready" now I was told this in March. I'm expecting something else on the Toyota, but haven't heard much from the Subaru camp if I had to put my .02 I would just sit tight and maybe expect something before the end of September.

I have been credible in the past with the BRZ, we'll see

Subaru has historically been way behind Toyota with announcing changes and releasing the new model year cars so you are probably right on the money with your prediction.

Wassup OG member Zaku!. I had a similar experience at the NY Auto Show. I asked politely and some guy kinda laughed it off as if it wasn't important but said it'll come.

Actually, SOA had been advertising some sort or surprise at a wicked Big Meet and A meet northwest not sure if it will be a BRZ but expect something on 6/12 and or 6/25. There's SOA advert of it and them hinting things. Could be some sort of WRX variant, the Levorg thing or a BRZ we shall see
