It's definitely fixable, I'll be pissed if it was frame damage. But this is not the case.
I hope you have full coverage insurance let them take care of it.

Full coverage here.

Hopefully it doesn't take long to fix but I'm pretty sure waiting on parts is gonna be hell.

That doesn't look bad at all. Looks like front fascia and quarter panel replaced. I'm no pro, but I chime in because I just went through something similar, but even worse, back in May with my SS. Price tag for his insurance was $5k with rental for 10 days. I'm thankful he had insurance... and in this town, that he even stopped.

It sucks having a car that's been damaged, but these days it's inevitable no matter how defensive you drive. Do your best to stay on top of the repairs, make sure they are right, and you'll be driving, with a , soon!

This really got me. Not that my '10 SS is a classic or anything, but I've kept it pristine for 6 years (14k miles). So I actually looked into diminished value claim against his insurance company. Essentially you will end up paying up to a few hundred bucks to roll the dice on whether his insurance company will cave. If they do, you might get a couple grand. If not, you are out a few hundred. I decided that I'm gonna keep her 'til one of us die (just like the wife), so I'm not going to pursue the DV claim. (my 2 cents on that subject, if you thought about it)

She stopped(thank god). Cops gave her a traffic citation and it was deemed her fault for the accident. We both gave our side of the side of the story and the cop pretty much said just looking at where we were on the road and the way the damage was on our cars, it was pretty obvious. This cop was a complete **** though, the other cops were pretty sympathetic and really helpful.

Just waiting on the Complete Police Report to be ready this friday.

What was wrong with the other cop?

He came off very rude to me as well as the other party involved. The other cops who were part of support had a chat with me and asked about my car and how I was doing. They saw the car and had no idea what it was, when they rolled up I heard one of them say "NO WAY!???" lol. They felt bad and I guess it was their way of getting me to relax a bit and let off some steam.

The "Senior Cop" was belittling them telling them "Do this, Do that, Do it my way, etc" Not all cops are a-holes but man I'm not surprised the other cop chose the profession he did.

Ok, so someone has to say these things. It's inevitable.

1. That'll buff right out.
2. It's totalled.
3. Women can't drive.

That out of the way, sorry to hear your bad luck.
I hope it goes well.

Overtaking 2 lanes nearly hitting another car on the lane that turns left at the intersection. I was literally dumbfounded how this even happened tbh. Luckily some workers who were on the road were able to see the whole thing happen and called the cops.

Long story short, some idiot lady driver in a Rav4 just swiped my car and ruined my entire day.

I'm pretty sure I'll need a new bumper, fender, sidemarker, license plate relocator, clips, brackets, screws, fender liner, etc. I'm also concerned that the wires that connect to my DRL and foglights are also ripped/sliced off from the impact. Also the license plate relocator is mangled badly so I'm concerned if the impact shifted the crash bar as I know the rod that connects the relocator is tied to the crash bar.

Resale value is pretty much done because of this DUMB B!TCH!

On to the pics. How bad is it guys?

Lucky that's one of the easier spot to fix..
