Lol, I like how this issue crops up everywhere. The AC in these cars is just terrible unfortunately. As near as I can tell you might as well use a box fan if it's above 90 degrees.

Questions for OP:

What all has been done to the fuel system? I noticed you're on the stock pump
How is the AEM meth kit? What are you running in it and how do you have it set up?
What turbo is this specifically? Or is it the same one on the stock Ptuning kit?
What are you making on 93? Have you done e85? Are you running a tune that controls for octane rating?
Any other supporting mods? (accumulator, oil cooler, failsafe, that kind of thing)
Someone else asked this, but what's the deal with Motec?

My other questions are more about wear (8k redline/boost vs longevity stuff) and probably aren't things you could comment on yet.

1) Stock fuel system
only changed port injectors with the 770cc that came with the kit.
2) meth kit has been performing flawlessly. i connected the pump to the windshield water container and use that as the water/meth container. this helps tell me when the water level is low..
3) completely stock Ptunning kit
4) I dont expect the numbers to chance much on 93 oct bacause of the meth kit. My numbers seem on par with what people are running with the 93 +meth kit. But without the meth kit i never really tried. I just make sure i always have water/meth in the tank. NO E85...the only E85 we have here is VPracefuels c85 and it is very expensive.
5) what do you want to know about motec. i just got sick of remote tuning. and having to wait for someone else to have time for me plus got a good deal on it....
6) Aem tru boost boost controller, no oil cooler, I have tried to keep it as simple as possible.

on longevity we will see there is no way of knowing yet but if its well tuned there should be no Issues. but we will see...... I have givven a few freinds a ride and still no issues. ill try and get some pull videos on the street so you can see it in action

If you are curious about how this kit performs with E85 this is what we have seen here between my buddy @mkivsoopra and I who both have the same setup:

On ~E80

6 psi = 280 whp
9 psi = 340 whp
15 psi 450 whp, 360 ft lbs

haven't tested beyond that.

On 91 pump:

8-9 psi = 270 - 280 whp (with no benefit seen with upping the boost due to timing needing to be pulled)

Hah, all depends on how you drive the thing. For street driving and the occasional fun pull you can probably get by just fine. If you're easy and not launching it the drivetrain will probably survive ok as well. I think that AEM controller/failsafe is a really good idea - tune can be great until something goes out of wack, that's where high boost cars really go south very quickly. Keep us posted

Theres evidence to suggest otherwise.

460whp driven hard enough to melt the dust boots out of my brake calipers with over 2000 foot elevation gain and I have no oil temp issues without an oil cooler in the south. I do have an 8 quart oil pan though.

Well that's why!! Your engine doesn't produce enough heat to heat up that amount of oil.

DO NOT attempt to run 500whp (dyno dynamics) on the stock block. The stock connecting rod's will snap at the small end. Speaking from experience Stay at 450whp or below if you're not ready for a built motor.
