That's true. Heck I know a guy that owns one here (although not quite this quality or originality).

Keep it as a dedicated track car. Full build with LS Swap or Turbo and built motor, cage strip interior... the whole nine yards

Keep it and supercharge it with a fully built motor then park it next to my new 812 superfast.

I definitely would keep her and I would get another one as an engine swap project to have fun building it with my son and my old man....and a LFA sitting alongside them of course

Immediately purchase a Corvette Z08 or whatever the top model is or will be. And a Land Rover supercharged for winter and family. The Scion would get tucked away in a multi vehicle garage to be used whever I felt nostalgic.

Yeah the JDM classics would be at the top of my list. A normal FD is attainable now but I'd be too scared to have it as my only car and I don't want to pay for two cars. Spirit Rs are pretty expensive.

I like Audi R8s too, that'd be a cool exotic to own.

right up my alley!

i'd keep the brz. i like the modern parts like a/c, and no distributors or carbs, and it works every time i turn the key.

but i have an addiction to the weird and quirky, so while barrett jackson would have my name, i would probably do more with duncan imports...

my brother worked on alfa romeo's and maserati's for a while. i've been around high end cars here and there, they've just never appealed to me, no matter what they cost.

I would definitely keep the 86. I'd add a few Lamborghinis, like a Huracan, Murcielago LP640, and a Countach, to the stable.

I don't own one any more but if I did, it would become a charity donation.

Then get a big hangar stocked with a few favorites from back in the day:

Lotus Super Seven, E-Type Coupe, DB5, Cobra 427 S/C, Miura, Ghibli, Mustang GT350, Daytona Coupe, FJ-40, El Camino 454, 240Z, 911S, and an even longer list of bikes from the same era.

DD would be something invisible to get to the hangar.

They'd all be parked around and underneath the new G36 NXi.

Same reason you drive what you do now when you could afford more. Same reason truly wealthy people wear everyday clothes and daily drive every day cars. I grew up on Cape Cod in Mass, and I know I've talked to truly famous and wealthy people and had absolutely no idea. From the actual members of Aerosmith at a bookstore to people with more money than I'll ever have while I was picking up clothes from the cleaners. You can walk down streets with multi million dollar homes right on a river or the ocean and you can see these people that have a lot of money don't flaunt it. They have normal Accords or Camry's parked in their driveways.

I have so little clue I've actually been made fun of multiple times. I've literally been a foot away from people like Kobe Bryant, Shaquille O'Neal, etc, when I worked at Disney and had zero clue.

I worked in a town that was so uppity and wealthy the gas station in town had gas prices $2 a gallon higher just because they could. And it stayed in business.

The point is that wealthy people don't want you to know they are wealthy. They are not flashy or flamboyant. They stay wealthy because they spend their money wisely. There is a reason most famous sports stars end up bankrupt a few years after they retire.

I could be wrong but it seems you missed @Tcoat's point. It wasn't that you would spend the money necessarily but if you were going to spend the equivalent money you would be more likely to spend it on an off the shelf solution rather than dumping the money into a cheap car.

The lottery jackpotted to $150 million, lol. Biggest in Australian history. I’m sure they’re a lot bigger in North America.

Ticket next week I guess.
