I would bet that was not from someone opening their door, accidently causing a ding. That amount of damge would require intent.

P.S. You can tell your insurance company that you have a friend that handled insurance claims for 25 years and thinks it is vandalism

That looks intentional...I just don't get why people need to do this...a true sign of idiocy no doubt...

If the paint isn't cracked, a good PDR tech should be able to remove that without a problem.

Must have been someones foot or something rolling on wheels like some kind of cart. if it was a door from a car the amount of force to do that would have left a nice paint transfer and probably cut through the paint at the center of the impact.

Yard workers used a mower and threw grass and debris all over my bumper. I came out and said hey wtf but didn't make a fuss and moved it to another parking spot, but the whole front lip is chipped and scratched now.

Don't forget the deductible amount. $500?, $1000?

I've had that happen before...now I'm totally paranoid and won't park if there's only grass facing parking with people out mowing. Irritates the wife when we're going to a particular restaurant she wanted to eat at and I tell her we have to go somewhere else.

I would approach my insurance company as this being a vandalism. If it were a collision there would be more evidence of a door or bumper hitting your car. I say that because there's a good chance your deductible under comprehensive (vandalism) is less than your collision deductible.

Protein shake
Molten 'chocolate'
'Powder'

All of this sounds mildly sexual and possibly illegal in 35 states and all of Canada.

Yeah I'm usually on the ball about it, typically the minute I hear a weed wacker I go running outside to make sure my car isn't parked near where the yardworkers are. I was 1 minute too late, and he'd already sprayed me bumper with rocks and grass.
