Why mudflaps?
Why do people like putting mudflaps on their BRZs or frs... Its not a rally car and its not like they would actually want to take it in mud.

Perhaps the site could have a whole sub-forum called "I'm ignorant and want everyone to know about it".
Here's another recent pearler to kick things off: http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=55444 |

The factory FRS ones are trim, stylish, and keep the fenders and doors clean. Oh yeah, they're cheap also.

I drive my car on crappy, muddy roads daily and I'd like to keep the paint in tact as possible

I guess its not my style... for now...
Just saw 1 today and thought it looked kind of silly... his flaps might have been tad too long. They flew like a skirt at speeds. Snow makes sense... Sent from my RM-940_nam_att_200 using Tapatalk |

Salt, snow, rocks, some people actually use it as a rally car, and appearance.

Because I prefer them. Kind of like how I prefer no tomatoes on my sandwiches, or how I prefer to keep my grass super short in the front lawn, or how I prefer crew socks over ankleless, etc.
