I'm stoked for all the FRs guys who prefer that front end and felt short changed in the current offerings.

I'm not sure I like all the light up bits but that sort of thing is becoming more and more normal and this car definitely has lines that put it in the spotlight wherever you drive it anyway.

Funny thing here is this is the first of the "special editions" and will likely actually be worth some money someday...and to think Scion just legitimized their whole operation significantly in my estimation

I had to provide a VIN for a Leggacy when I was looking at the Leggy antenna that comes color matched.

Not my parts counterman/woman. I tell them the year of the vehicle and that's it.

Historically, parts dealers would not sell release series specific parts unless they provided a VIN as proof. I'd imagine they do the same for the 10 series specific parts.

I will reserve judgment on the color as well. I did not like the Whiteout until I saw it a few times and it really grew on me.

Not to crazy about the light up gizmos, but to each their own. Push button would be cool, but it is not a necessary feature. However I do think most people will be excited by the GT86 headlights. EL dash display might be a nice accent if you have the option to change colors.

I'm actually digging it. I wanted a silver FR-S anyways, and I prefer the bluish silver available on some cars in the past. As long as the price is right, I'd get it.

First order of business would be to disable the illuminating tid bits, replace shift knob and look like a normal FR-S but with GT86 everything else....lol.

JDM style headlights

Plus bit doesn't matter, all they have to do us reverse the blueprints.

Also, there is a member that has them on his USDM FRS. All he did was change the way the bulb was pointing.
