Nope. That said, technically any exhaust modifications in VA are illegal.

Being from rural VA, they give lots of exhaust tickets but up here I haven't heard of anyone getting one. In NoVa, emissions and pissing your neighbors off are the only problems.

RS 1.0 spotted at huntington beach in newport news yesterday around 1030am

Spotted 3 different twins parked at GMU PWC campus.

Black? BRZ in the main student lot (Had black and red subaru emblems)

2 other twins were in the smaller parking lot across from Bull Run hall.

I think I saw you a while back.. Maybe 4-5 months ago. We cruised on 66 near Gainesville. I had the White Fr-s with red taillights back then.
