We are currently refining our Edelbrock base tune for the 3.25in pulley (OE pulley) even further. We have testing a lot of different combinations (cams, timing, fueling, etc...) to find the ultimate power setup. We have managed to make quite a bit more over our previous tune and a lot more over the CARB tune and still on stock headers and 91 octane.

When you go with the smaller pulley we have managed a bit more but will not say how much quite yet. We will say you will need injectors for anything smaller then the OE pulley even on 91 octane.

This kit is looking to be a complete winner in our book.

Cheers,
William Knose

Anyone have this kit installed in the Northern Virginia area and willing to give me a ride alone? If so beer is on me

@DeliciousTuning where I live in NJ there is not really much access to E85, but I do have 93 octane. with a 3.00" pulley do you think 300whp would be doable?

We have some exciting news for everyone regarding the Edelbrock kits! Last week we were able to get our tune for this kit dialed in even further, as well as test Edelbrock's upcoming 3"/15psi pulley! I'll let the dyno charts speak for themselves here.

All of these tests were done on 91 octane. With the 3" pulley, you will need larger injectors to support the flow! On 93 octane, you should be able to extract a bit more power out of the system, but not quite 300whp. We are eagerly looking forward to getting more time with the car and extract even more power with E85. Stay tuned!

Sincerely,

Zach

Definitely has to be a typo... 15psi on 91 in our 12.5:1 CR FA20 😱

It had an aftermarket catback, but we think it may have actually lost power due to that if anything. Most cars baseline on this dyno at 175whp, this car baselined 166whp with the catback. It also had heavier wheels/tires than stock.

Sincerely,

Zach
