Ah gotcha. Yup been hammering down on the basic stuff quickly. Bought the car for the sole purpose of an LS swap as soon as possible and a daily driver in the interim so I don't have to drive my lifted F250 daily to work. Only buying parts that will be usable after the swap.

I traded her in today, 14 FR-S with 46,000km for this 2017 Civic Type R #1505 with 14,XXX KM. It was a trade in, guy wanted a red one, so wife went and traded it in for a red one.

It was a hard decision leaving this chassis, i loved every second i was in the FR-S. I'd like to own another 86 in the future, only time will tell. But for now, the FK8 will fill my needs and hope the future is bright for me and the Type R.

I'd like to thank the whole FT86Club community for probably being the best forum out there

That should work. I suggest you have a helper, one to hold the torch and the other person to bend the pipe.

Performed 7.5k service.

I used Eneos Sustina with oem Subaru filter and installed the Fumoto quick drain valve so future services will be quicker and less messy.

DANG! What does it look like on the INSIDE?

Was it buried in a Louisiana swamp?

Oh, hell, just hit it with some flat black paint - call it textured - no one will ever know.

That's exactly what I did. I found that I had a brass wire brush drill attachment on hand and used that.

@humfrz and I used black rattlecan just for you

Added 15mm spacers to my 18x9 rear wheels and 12mm spacers to my front 18x9 wheels: making them +27 rear & +30 front. Now they sit right

They are also the correct OD. The universal spacers I was running are slightly bigger OD, which looks stupid. The front spacer is now the same size as the brake rotor hub.

Installed a new head unit. Still need to run the mic and replace the OEM one. Also did not realize they tied andriod auto setup to the parking break... So I will need to run the wire to the hand break... Uggg first time doing this. But highly recommend ordering from crutchfeild as there pre wired harness is awesome. SQ is the same as stock unit. Need to mess with the equallizer.
