What you did was briefly take your frustration out on someone who 9 times out of 10 didn't deserve it.

Just say "thanks I already took care of it. I get my vehicle serviced elsewhere now so please put me on the do not call list" and hang up next time. Things like that are the reason turnover is so high in service, shit will kill you before your 50 having to deal with insults, finger pointing and stress when you're really only doing your job.
Yeah u hear you

Service told me he was going to call me back and him only and that I'm priority and will call back later on that day..yup called me back.. 2 days later after I took care of it at other dealer..

I'm very happy with my new dealer and plus it closer to me..

Looked at the reviews on my first dealer and had similar rants as I have..

"She stood above me with her black hair fluttering in the chemical winds and roared, 'A boot to an insect,' and the thud of a boot through a skull echoed across the triumph of Earth's last hope-- my last breath.

The Obelisk had won, the greatest panacea humanity had ever created for itself had wiped hope from existence. With my death an inherent hush of torture, enslavement and heresy bore down upon the lay people of Earth.
But my story was not over; The Obelisk had once instilled itself in me as its utopian form. And through its omnipresent atomic ether, I remained. . .and I returned."

It's often difficult to make sense of a book which is third of its trilogy; a lot has happened, and not everything is clear.

But that doesn't mean it can't draw out any emotion.
