I wouldn't be surprised to find out that it has something to do with the agreement with subaru... subaru obviously has a lower cap to the number they can sell and but are targeting a higher end version of the platform by offering leather, nav, HID etc.

lmaooo at the copy pasta
Yeah, this is why I opted not to buy it. I understand navi's aren't cheap but at least offer it as an option. This does not compare to the navi that comes with the BRZ or even the navi's that come on Civic Si's or Evo's. Scion is screwing up serious here. |

Same here when I called them.
How close are we, or what do we need to do in order to start a class action suit against them? It's placed in the car and therefore you must purchase it as marked because of their crappy no haggle policy. And then, after forcing you to purchase it, they cease to support it and even tell us they have no plans to fix it. WTH?

Well I still haven't got my car and there's a reason... It didn't come with BeSpoke so I didn't take it because I wanted it just because I liked the way it looks. Well supposedly they are discontinuing this version of BeSpoke. Hopefully they have a fix to help people who have gotten it.

I'm headed on a 14 hour drive in a week so i decided to play with bespoke for a half hour or so in the car and wow, that is as awful as it gets. I left a review for the app (iPhone 4s) proclaiming my shear and utter disappointment. I also plan on letting them know through Scion as well. BeSpoke BeLows

gotta chime in on BeScrap.
I decided to try out a flash drive containing MP3 files. The flash drive was made several years ago and formatted in NTFS file system. The BeScrap manual stated that it was best to not have the MP3s more than two folders deep. I did so and guess what? Yeah you guessed it, it did not work. Piece of utter complete crap! The BeScrap unit detected there was a USB drive connected and said it was reading the contents of the drive. But I cannot select the USB drive as a source device to play my music. I connected my Galaxy S II android phone with the latest firmware via USB, didn't work either. Been using the bluetooth audio connection and it's been bearable, when it does work. Bluetooth keeps stuttering. Does not show album art, most likely because it is giong through bluetooth. Does not show track times when using Android phones. It sometimes does when using iPhone 5 with latest IOS firmware. Does not work with the BeScrap app very well. EXTREMELY cumbersome. Best to do GPS on the phone itself. EDIT: I formatted the usb stick from NTFS to FAT32 file system and it does work. For anyone wanting to use a USB stick or external hard drive. Format it to FAT32 first, then copy your songs over. Do not make the folder structure more than 7 folders deep according to the manual. The deeper the unit has to dig, the longer the songs takes to load. They recommend 2 folders deep. i.e: FOLDER > FOLDER > songname.mp3 Last edited by midnightfrolic; 04-02-2013 at 08:45 PM. Reason: confirmed working usb stick |

To be fair, that's probably the issue. Most systems that don't run windows are not going to read files from an NTFS system. It is always safe to assume that it will read FAT32.
