Sorry, should have been more detailed, I know they will fit, just didnt know if there has been any negative handling effects on a slight stagger on this car.

It will make the car under-steer slightly more. You can compensate with stiffening up the rear dampers. Others will have to chime in, but 0.3in delta in rolling diameter should not be a problem either.

Got the wheels in, unfortunately the folk over at evasive sent the wrong bolt pattern. They sent me 5x120 which is for BMW. The wheels look nice though. Sent an email to evasive and will be calling them tomorrow. Hopefully they send out the right fitment soon.
Wheel size is 17x9 +42 tires are 255/40 Star Specs

Pardon noob question, but a meaty tire on stock BRZ/FR-S rims would reduce the gap between chassis and tire, right?

only way to to put a "meaty" tire on the stock wheel and stay at stock ride height would be increasing the tire size...which wouldnt be good for gearing
although it would decrease the gap |

ok guys im wanting to go with a 255/35 rear tire/klutch sl14 wheel 18x9.5 +42 and a 235/40 front tire/klutch sl14 wheel 18x8.5 +38. I was wondering if ill have any issues at all, as I am only lowered 1" on springs.? And is this the best recommended tire sizes for my setup?

Anyone running federal rsr? Looking for some feedback. How is it on the road, does it run wider than most tire sizes, and how many miles did you get out of a set? Doesn't matter how you used them, just want an idea. Thanks!
