Having tested them by washing the car, the side visors definitely don't leak. The water tends to run off either end of the visor. They're made from pretty solid acrylic and they don't move at all even if I slam the door. You can't see any 3M mounting tape unless you put your head right against the car and look at ends of the visor. The visors do have some flex in them in order to allow you to align it exactly flush with the black part of the windows. For $50USD, they're definitely worth it in my opinion.

Really easy to pull off the old mirror and install the new one? I watched the video from ft86speedfactory but I'm afraid of breaking something. Looks like it pops right off with little effort.

A quick firm yank and it'll come off. It's held on by tough plastic clips like most parts on this car.
