Drove the FRS today and took the fun way back from work. Avoided deer twice. Determined that power is adequate. Did not crash.

Drove the car twice today, did not crash it. Lately in my community, when I'm turning onto my street, I've noticed oncoming people do not like to stop at their stop sign. I roll up, left turn signal on, stop, watch them look like they are going to stop only to notice them going before me. It's a good thing I'm naturally cautious at stop signs or I would've been t-boned by now. This has happened four times in the last week.

Ya, I've noticed that a lot here lately. It almost seems like they are playing "chicken" to see if you will stop for them.

I often have the urge to "stop" right in front of them ...... and just glare at them. ..... but, the urge passes.

Oh yes, took a short drive today ...... we had brunch at the "Buttered Biscuit" ...... yum.. yum. Did not crash, although mrs humfrz may have a different version ......

For me I think it's because the "straight" at this stop sign curves to the left slightly. I have seen people signal left and go straight there before. Maybe they don't think I'm actually going left.

Or I'm being nice and giving people the benefit of the doubt when they don't deserve it.

My work truck is 4+ tons, if you want to roll the stop sign when I have right away... go ahead, I'm bigger

The fact that our cars are small doesn't do us any favors.
I notice cars aggressively holding road space when I signal to change lanes. Speeding up or blocking lanes.
I do the same thing in my work truck, and cars slow down and give me plenty of space.

Saturday my wife and I took Enkou on a 300 mile trip to Daytona, then joined Drive Florida in the Coast 2 Coast Rally from Daytona Beach to Crystal River 200 miles. Did not crash.

Over 230 cars went on this rally (not really a rally, it was a cruise), only 3 twins. It was a lot of fun.

No Mustangs crashed, but 1 2014 Mini Cooper did. He was going pretty fast in some S turns and hit sand on the outside of a left hand turn. He got a tank slapper, over-corrected and went backwards into a wire fence and some trees behind it.

That was his first drive with it..... he bought it the day before. the guy was not hurt but the airbags deployed, probably totalled.
