No I haven't bought the body kit yet. I'm contemplating whether to just buy the lip or all pieces (I have 17" wheels too and don't plan to go 18"). I'm leaning towards just the lip and call it a day (to get that FD RX7 / Supra 2.5R look).

Many of us got the Ebay Small STi badge that's a replica for the Front Lip Badge for the Gurney. I picked up the real deal badge from Jparts. The only diff is the real deal looks to have a better paint for the lettering and it has anchors that sink in the Front Lip.

Nope. Shouldn't be any drilling required for the Side Skirts. You will have to pull a few of the big plugs that are in the body to install the big drop in anchors. I pre-cut them with a razor to not peel much paint off of them and then pried em out with pliers.
I heard the replacement badge is a little bigger than the sticker? My sticker was a little creased out of the bag (cuz the smart ass @ Japanparts stuffed the gurney flap and skirt lip into one tiny box, instead of keeping the STI shipping tubes). I managed to smooth it out pretty well so the creases ain't that noticeable at all. I just wanted a spare sticker.

These are the same plugs for the underbody covers? If yes then I have cut them already as I got the underbody covers installed.

Why you went thru 3 sets of the skirt lip? Scrapes?

What @beyer_subaru said, you can just replace with either the eBay badge, or like him, I bought the genuine front lip badge (they are the same size, and just slightly smaller than the sticker). I think it makes it look classier with the metal badge. If you buy the genuine one, you'll just have to cut the 3 tabs off to make it flat on the adhesive side.

Okay genuine metal badge ordered (it says rear spoiler on the Japanparts page but I guess it's used for everything except for the gurney flap).

As long as it's the same size or smaller I'm game. Thanks!

Hey Guys,

So I've spent 45 mins reading through old posts about the STI Pink and trying to learn the confusing differences between catalog and whats on the tS model.

My quick question is I have a 2014 BRZ with 18in wheels...if I order the front and rear STI pink springs (ST20330AS000 & ST20380AS000 respectively)...will I be damaging my front struts and etc in the long run?

Also anyone ordered these from Subaru dealership? Thanks in advance, just trying to get my info straight.

Order those springs if you are using them with stock Showa black shocks. The STI Performance catalog have both 17" and 18" BRZ wheels for a long time.

The BRZ tS model has different front springs because of exclusive Showa silver shocks with more travel / different cartridge.

You can't order them thru the Subaru dealer, since they are JDM parts.

1st lip got a Ginormous scrape on the top side of it from a mechanic not paying attention to where he had his lift arms. It was about 5-6" long. I immediately covered it in black electrical tape so it wasn't so noticeable. I had the dealer pay for a full replacement Skirt/Lip.

2nd lip got ripped off clean through the center section on some nasty road contruction in Baltimore. So it kinda looked like I had two side spoilers on the front bumper.

I put the 1st lip back on while I was awaiting the 3rd lip to come in.

So I'm currently rocking my 3rd full Skirt/Lip set up.

Yep, I'm a sick, sick man.

I am hoping this one outlives the others a lil bit longer. But if it goes, at least I can order it from myself now and not have to pay redunkulous shipping again.

Holy smokes so I better start figuring out how to do these dam triangles lol! So are there just two bends or four bends for the BRZ skirt lip? I'm guessing four?

Another thing is that our front bumper seems to trap a lot of leaves and crap right along the front edge of the bumper where the lip would go. I always have to dig my hands into it from the front bottom edge / plastic rubber coverings to pull leaves out. I wonder if the lip would fix this.

There's no underbody panel for the engine area to prevent collection of debris?

So why is he collecting leaves behind his front bumper? It must just be from the opening at the front. I don't think they're swooping up from underneath.
