Anyone have a custom center console plaque for our 10 Series???
I want something with my #0243 and 10 Series decaled.
I like the carbon fiber from DCW, but the black coated billet aluminum from yospeed.

Just copy the door plaque motif and get the 'IO' to stand out more. That way he can have a master template and owners can just change the numbers.

I agree. When I went to my local scion dealer to say that I wanted to order one, they didn't have a clue as to what I was talking about. I had to pull it up on my phone and show them.

I tested and you're right, there's a fail safe should the M/T tranny accidentally find neutral with cruise control engaged.

i wouldn't be surprised since this car comes with indications in the instrument cluster to show which gear you're currently in (it's set to off by default). so there's at least some way the cruise control computer knows which gear it's set at. this is the first car i've had that has it as most cars don't have any sensors to know which gear it's in.

The dash trim surrounding my radio head unit is exactly as this photo shows.

Should I be demanding an adjustment of the trim at the dealership? I know that BMW would never ship a vehicle with a trim mishap such as this. Then again my scion FR-S 10 series was half the price of an entry BMW.

Why not if it's under warranty. Have to remember that this 10 series trim piece is not the standard trim that subaru/toyota/scion use. So they just glued it over top of the original one, and probably didn't suspect it would peal away. But it is something they should fix

I am curious as to the breakdown of MT/AT in the 10 series. Has this been addressed here already? Is the data available?

I haven't seen the source, but it's been reported many times by different members that 700 of the 2,500 10 Series FR-S are 6M/T's.

Yeah Toyota always makes more automatic cars than manuals and I don't know why they do this.

There's a lot of owners that buy automatics because they can't find a manual in their local area.

btw torqdork I keep finding a lot of the 10 Series owners on facebook but can't get them to join the forum and I can't get you guys to join the 10 Series group on fb.

TRD-X can you post the link to the 10 series face book group?

Should we all with MT 10 series be expecting somewhat higher resale potential due to the "rare-ness" of the package?
