I've been at every Spokes event this year it'll be nice to have some new faces. There's two other FR-Ses that consistently come but neither of them are on this forum.
My dream is to get enough of us running so that I can convince the board to let us run in our own little group. |

Saw a new Lightning Red BRZ Premium today parking at the Samsung building off of 222 and 360. I work in the All Web Leads building right next door - anyone from the forum?

This is the car at Terex auto body. Apparently it belonged to some kid, think he was having too much fun around the corners :-( hope he's ok, everything in the cabin looks fine. The engine was almost split in two though.

Is it sad that the first thing I thought was if that car had any aftermarket parts I could scavenge?
But really, any good stuff?? |

So I just changed my transmission and differential oil with motul 300. Super easy process, I'll have to report back with my findings after driving a bit more, but right now I'm feeling positive changes.
Ok so I took the car down lime creek a few times and have a trip report. Shifting was pretty much the same, maybe a bit better but that could have been placebo effect. One thing I am certain of is the NVH in the shift knob has been significantly reduced. Traction control seemed to bite a lot easer than normal, makes me wonder if the new Diff oil makes sliding the tail out a bit easier. Last edited by Rabble; 05-04-2013 at 05:58 PM. |

I drove past this car this weekend, but couldn't bring myself to turn around and take pics...

Aww yeah! Took me 30 minutes in a Fuddrucker's parking lot to install the thing. It came in a box in 4 parts and you reused some of the stock grommets to get it back together. Can't comment on how it drives until the ECU settles again (since you unplug the battery per the instructions and common sense), but I love the way it looks. Also, the TRD Air Filter is simply a rebranded K&N filter (longer than stock of course, its kind of surprising when you put them together in person). The instructions recommend cleaning the filter with the K&N cleaning kit at 50k miles. |

Nice, I hear really good things about Flossy!
TRD Update day +3, gas mileage as gone down, ECU is finally settling down, plenty of revs to go around. Prognosis, Intake is awesome. |
