Sadly life can get in the way...haha.

Has anyone else been doing the Gr2 LeMans daily race? I find it to be A LOT of fun, however I can't come anywhere close to winning (or even qualifying in top half of the field). Also seems like everyone that picks the Nissan GTR in that race has lag issues and/or no qualms about ramming other cars, grrrrrrr.

Would also be great, in general, if online play (against REAL PEOPLE) paid out higher.

Last night I’ve finally beat Tokyo Express using Tomahawk X… all I gotta say about Tomahawk is ridiculous & too crazy. I’ll use that car as a last option. But for now, I’ll try to use non RedBull & tomahawk to beat the PP600 races.

As for for ticket 20 out of 20, still got the same reward. It’s def pre-setup the reward already. If that was the case, mind as well just instantly give it to us instead of roulette

Did that race once. I qualified 6th, and finished 5th spectacularly with the guy in front of me running out of gas right before the finish. It was a great battle with him the last 2 laps.

I was using the CLK LM car since I guess that's my only Gr2 car (I could have rented I suppose) at the time. Might still be. Lol

I'm getting clumped with the A+ drivers for some reason, so I have no hopes of even placing in the top 3. I'm not an A class driver tho, so no clue why.

This was the only thing that could have maybe brought me back to online racing, considering the awful economy. With these new high paying races it's not looking necessary now.

I quit online racing in GT cold turkey one day while playing GT Sport. Never so much as entered a race since. Looks like Dec 10 2017, according to kudos prime.

https://www.kudosprime.com/gts/stats...rofile=1371034

Long story short, I was becoming so frustrated with bogus/broken penalties I realized I had to quit as a matter of my mental heath lol

GT6 quick match online racing used to pay out crazy good, even finishing mid-pack. Some of the races were super short and fun with quick turn around. Combined with the daily login bonus of up to 200% I'd have my credits maxed out all the time. I'd buy 20mil credit cars as a sort of piggy bank to not totally waste prize credits since I had all the cars I wanted or felt it was worth the time to click on to buy. Imagine that!

I wouldn't bother. I don't own any Gr.2 cars, but in testing it seemed like the CLK-GTR was the fastest so that's the car I was using. Getting any penalty on that track just kills your speed for one of the straights. So getting a bonus penalty of 2.0 seconds when I get hit by someone sliding out of control next to me is just complete crap. Really makes it a 5-6 second penalty.

I enjoy the race, but am also getting grouped with a few A and A+ drivers. Their margin of victories are so high I'm there sitting wondering how they didn't pit for fuel lol. (of course they had to of). Looks like my best lap is less than 1/2 a second off Laz's times. But the best drivers I'm getting matched with have times like 7-8 seconds faster

lol, that beats 5000 credits. But personally I detest the VGTs and don't use them.

Has anyone discovered the best way to beat the 1 hour Mission race at Kyoto Driving Park? (the 550PP one). I've been failing miserably at it.

I did a no pit stop race, but I had to keep it at fuel trim 4 most of the time, with times dropping down to 5 or 6. I finished with I think 1% fuel left as I crossed the line.

I'm in B class, so I really don't get why I get clumped with the A+ drivers. For races where the odds are against me, I consider it a win if I don't drop positions. LOL

As my usual for enduranceraces, hard tires and fuel trim 4. Not gonna lie, took me a few tries, and I think luck needs to be on your side with making the AI drive too aggressively and chew up their tires and have to pit 2 laps before the finish.

I think for this race, tire preservation is key, especially if you use an AWD car as the front tires take a hard beating.

The 8C was the hardest AI and was leading the majority of the race, but it did push very hard and made the most pit stops, with one being 2 laps before the end

Must be a factory setting of GT.7 but D.Solis almost always driving some sort of Alpha Romeo. His NPC is kind of a whimp and just moves over. Now, Kokubun, is kind of a dck. Always blocks me and brake checks. Usually goes for the RX-Vision. V.Gallo is so-so, almost always in 1st place.

I'm guessing it's the manufacturers they used when they competed in the GT championships??? But yeah, Kokubun has spun me so many times!

Funny you both observed Kokubun to be aggressive, I definitely noticed the same. You wonder if they set them up that way based on how they really behave.

AI Fraga has spun me a few times too. I raced against human Fraga many times in the GTS beta but can't comment whether that's realistic behavior since I was never in front of him

Fraga in the Supra took me out HARD twice. Lost so much time thanks to that...

I was trying last night in the Alfa 4C. RH tires. Pitted once in middle. I thought lightweight would be good for tires and fuel consumption. But that car is way too twitchy once the tires start to get worn. I had previously tried with a WRX 22B (and destroyed the front tires) and finished 3rd. Maybe I should try that again (it wasn't a clean race and my tire strategy sucked) or perhaps my FD RX7 is up to the challenge.

I would probably try the FD, although I don't know how it is with fuel.
