I asked him if he was okay and his response was, "moving around this much I just have to use the bathroom a lot." I had just assumed he was not used to doing actual physical work even though I have him doing really easy processes and gave him the opening to respond that way. Pretty sure he was just sitting on the can hiding.
had a young kid do that to me about 6 months ago. i told him there's something seriously wrong with him, and he desperately needs to see a doctor.

he told me he's fine, and i'm the one with the major problem that i only use the bathroom a few times a day.

after i quit, i just learned he got fired. no one else put up with his crap.

Not gonna lie, some days I drink so much water I need those extra trips LOL

Usually it'll tie into a trip from my desk to the warehouse to get paperwork signed off on/shipment back ups, so it's not an independent trip :P

Right, but it doesn't take 15-20 mins (as the temp was said to be doing) to go take a piss.

I walked up and asked "Are you okay?" and mentioned how he disappears often during the work day even though I knew that's where he was going. He was quite overweight and out of shape and even doing simple tasks like running our drill press which has auto feed, he was always stretching and going to lean against a workbench. I think he wasn't used to doing anything physical at all and it was bothering him. He told me he is pretty sedentary at home. He was also very phone addicted. Even giving him instruction I would have to tell him to put his phone in his pocket and look at me when I was talking with him. All I ask of guys when they start working for me is to learn and show effort. I can work with those two traits. It's not an easy job and I am pretty ginger with newbie's until the get their legs.
It takes quite a few lines of reading to figure out you are talking about the dude at work and not Ultra here lol.

Random Thoughts - Part III The Search for Spark (No Politics)

This is going to sound like a dumb question, but do the 22 Catbacks fit the 17+ twins? My understanding is that axelbacks may not, but catbacks do.

Reason I am asking is because I think I’m getting a little tired of the small drone of my HKS exhaust and want to get one with a Helmlholtz resonator. The APEXi dual for the 22 seems to fit my needs.
