Just FYI, But I have 4 sets of street and racing pads in the FS section on the cheap. They came from my old set up. All brand new or less than 200 miles.

Our kit makes noise at times, but it's minimal, and totally normal.

Small update but recently I switched my street pads from Hawk HPS to Ferodo DS2500 and the clicking noise is totally gone.

I do. 21,500 miles on the car, about 11,000 I think (would have to check my car's thread) on the kit.

My FRS is basically a weekend car. Althought the brake kit hasn't seen any street issues.

Thanks to everyone for replying. I was just curious how well the kit is holding up on the street. I've considered the Formula kit route, but knowing that the dust boots will eventually disintegrate and make a mess after some track time makes the Sprint Kit even more appealing.

Any input to push me in either direction (Formula vs Sprint)?

Here in California my brakes haven't seen any abnormal wear. Then again i'm not the hardest on my brakes, don't drive much, and it's always garaged.

If I had to do it again i'd do the same and buy the Sprint. I was considering upgrading my Sprint to the Endurance, but the fact the Sprint rotors are cheaper to replace has kept me happy.

I treat my brakes like a red headed stepchild.. I've cracked a rotor, but otherwise the brakes have been *FLAWLESS*. They make noise, etc.. but they do their job and inspire a TON of confidence on track. I literally beat the living hell out of them and they have yet to fade with high MOT pads. No pad fade, no fluid boiling, nothing. I may have gotten a little fade with the AP C300 pads but I think it's really just that those were inconsistent. Running CL RC6E's now and they are brilliant. They do like to eat rotors a little more than the C300s did but spare rotors are a small cost to pay for having brakes I can push this hard without issues

I like my Formula kit. Definitely a lot quieter than the Sprint kit I had the chance to observe. No comment on performance between the two as I've only been driving on the Formula kit.

Can't go wrong either way. One may suit your needs better than the other. I'd just call Jeff and have him give you the pros/cons for your environment.
