Gottcha, outlet on the catback is 2.5" through to the midpipe and then from 2.5" to 3" at the frontpipe to header. Correct?

The rest of the setup, even with thermal coating on the headers can be done with everything nameless for a little over 2K... Saves a grand over Cosworth components... nice!

That is correct! Yeah some else used the Motiv OP and FP. But I like the Nameless products more. Also Helmholtz resonator.

Yeah I would still stick with nameless. I obviously plan on running the
Cosworth tunes and going with the resonator, just need to have 2.5" to remain consistent.

Wonder why all the cosworth stuff isn't a true 3" all the way through tho? Some lost power there...

Not sure. I just looked up the installation instructions for the 1.0 kit and it even says the exhaust is 3". I'm guessing Cosworth is measuring from the exterior? Either way, I haven't noticed any sort of sluggish performance as if the tune isn't functioning with the parts. That's why I haven't worried. But I'll be feeling a bump in power by next week as I'm going to put the headers on!

I'm sure the tune works just fine, I just wonder if you're being robbed of some gains using 2.5" as opposed to 3". Would the tunes still work with a 3" setup? Prolly would need recalibration? Thats the confusing part as the catback was advertised as 3" hmmmmm... kinda shady move there Coworth...

Nice! Sure would like a full a report on how everything feels!

Sorry for the delay, but here's how the oil cooler is mounted:

This is exactly what I came here for. Thanks man! Build looks great. I'm getting ready to mount my Perrin oil cooler in the next few days, and I wasn't sure if I could still mount it right in front of the Cosworth heat exchanger.

There's more than enough room to mount it. The Cosworth heat exchanger is super thin already. My only issue was fitting the thermostatic plate and screwing on the lines because of the air box being so damn close. Otherwise, it works wonderfully!

I have a question for you, I am running a different Supercharger but also the Perrin Crank, Water Pump and Alternator Pulleys and I have notice that only the water pump one seems to randomly move the belt back 1-2 ribs every month or month and a half. I am not quite sure what to make of it but I wanted to see if anyone else has had an issue similar to mine.

Thanks either way the car looks great!

I honestly haven't noticed. But I also took my car to the shop to put them on as I didn't have the tools...

If your experience is anything like mine, get used to it... I've been going exhaust leak crazy since I got that header. Have tried different gaskets to no avail. I'm starting to think there is no leak and it's just raspy enough to make my brain think there is one.
