Thanks! You just have one flasher module, which controls all of the turn signals in your vehicle. If you have one already, you won't need another.

You'd just connect two wires in the module. Sort of like repinning. Instructions will describe how to do it.

List updated, production is fully underway and we expect to ship middle of next week!

Question are all flasher modules made the same? Like the one I bought from you guys, would it be different from another one from a different company?

if i threw a pre order down, will switchbacks be available again before they ship? I emailed you guys a little while ago about when you would get switchbacks in stock and i was told that they were suppose to be back in stock by the end of last month. I wanted to get get switchbacks and possible this wiring kit for my new pair of toms.

I was wondering, I have not received my tom's taillights yet, but are you able to convert the turn signal on tom's into backup lights as well?

Flashers are all very similar but some work better than others due to small differences in the digital circuits and variances in the components used, even if the circuit is the same.

However, if one works for you right now, it will work fine with our mod here, etc. I'm just talking about slight differences in blink rates, etc.

We expect to have our new switchbacks in stock by the end of this coming week. We had to delay the production a bit because the white color was not exactly where we wanted it, but the new ones are by far the best switchbacks we've ever offered, and in my opinion the best on the market.

You wouldn't be able to convert the turn signal to backup on Tom's tail lights because it's all LED, and all covered with a red reflector.

Cool hopefully I can order both at the same time then. I was wondering for tom's can I have the set up where the main taillight is a turn signal and then change my turn signals into just plain taillights?

This mod will turn your tail light into the turn signal.

Then you can easily make two connections (all in the kit) to make the turn signal work as either the brake light, running light, or to keep it as turn signal.

Thanks!

One quick splice is just fine for a non-critical component like this, but you can certainly solder the wire instead if you'd like.

Thanks!
Paul
I knew you had addressed it in the video but wanted to provide feedback that at least one person would prefer the $15 - $20 as an option over the guillotine splices ... and soldering is not my idea of a flexible connection where a crimped connection would be preferred ... critical component or not.

If we do offer it in the future it would probably be a $20 upgrade. Since that would make the kit $50 instead of $30 we decided not to include it for the initial run.
If you had a part number for the connector ... be if an OEM number, from DigiKey, Mouser, etc. ... and wanted to pass it on I'd add it to my next order and make my own ... i.e. not as a competitive product, just for my own use. It would save me from having to research it myself ;-}

And I just order your kit.

Thanks,
Arvid
