Sorry if i'm jacking, just don't want to clutter the forum with the same question again and again. I have super stretch tires, these came with my wheels and I never intend to keep on running them. Im looking to go meaty tires but I can only seem to find 245 (I have 16's) and the two best ones I found are Nitto NT01 and POTENZA RE-11. Iv never really searched for sticky tires so im like a deer in headlights. Im fine with 245 up fronts but hopping to find 255-265/40-50/16 fpr the rear or even all around, any help would be greatful.

Going big on a 16" is difficult unless you're looking for a track tire.

I'd go for the 245/45-16 RE-11s.

i run RE-11's great tires. but be careful once they get too hot they do get a bit greasy, but it'll take a lot for them to get to that point.

whats the reason you go this small of a rim? and 265/50 is a huge sidewall man. i know its a 16 but still.

love the look of the CCW classic and small rims on this car. Plus they are lightwight.

Those rivals seem damn skinny for a 255 tyre.
They are as wide as a 235 AD08....

Well, my first two choices for wheels weren't available. But I have a set of black RPF1s in 18x9.5+38 on the way.

Now to wrap them in 265/35-18s.. Not a whole lot of super sticky choices. I'm thinking ZIIs.

Not sure what to tell you--my experience w/ BFGs is they run a bit wide for their size... Another angle:

Just make sure you get what you paid for unlike some of the others.
265mm is 10.43 inches so they should run 1 inch wider than your rims.

Yeah I saw knipples as well and they are indeed about as wide as a 235 AD08, if not less still since the side wall of the AD08 is pretty much flat as the treadwidth is over 9 inches.

The tires measure 10.2 in treadwidth (on a 9 in wide wheel).

I do have have the same wheels but fair enough, perhaps photos don't really show details well for black wheels/tyres combo due to shadows. Don't know, the sidewalls just aren't flat on the rivals as compared to the AD08 so it looks like the tread width isn't really as wide as the wheels.

Take the 255 Z2s from a few posts above, absolute no incline on the sidewalls so yeah, weird..
