Someone (vendor) should have answered this question a long time ago. Those people in blue with badges, you know LEOs? They will not tolerate different color lights changing on any civilian vehicle while driving, unless you are in a parade. In fact, if they see any type of blue light on your car, especially a flashing one, they are likely to think you are impersonating them and you may find yourself kissing the sidewalk and your vehicle impounded. Red lights that flash on the front of a car or even ones that don't are illegal in all 50 states. The only type of vehicle which can have flashing red or blue lights are emergency vehicles.
I agree these lights are entertaining. But not safe or legal to operate while driving. The only colors allowed by law on the front of a car are white or amber.

That's why we include a description that states "Not intended for road-use, and for show-purposes only".

They can also be set to white or yellow for road use...feel free to PM me if you need more information.

Thanks,
Nick C.

i got mine last week, and i should be getting my car back today (someone hit my passenger side!) i called sometime last week asking questions since i ordered these with the fog light kit as i plan to replace the fog lights with these prism bulbs. IS it possible for someone to walk me through installing them over the phone? I know it isnt hard to install, but the only thing im concerned about is taking out the fog light bulb and replace them with the prism one

Yes, if you give us a call: (314) 205-3033 we can assist you over the phone. Although the installation is plug and play

@trigger happy

Can't believe two people have asked and nobody has answered!!

Simple solution:

1. Remove e-brake shift boot
2. Unplug connector to e-brake switch and tuck wire so it doesn't interfere

DONE!

Your DRLs will now stay on whenever the car is on. The dash light for your e-brake will not turn on but your e-brake will work fine and your DRLs will turn on when you turn on your ignition.

Personally, I use my e-brake to slow down when I pass cops so they don't see the brake lights. Having DRLs shut off when you pass a cop is pretty suspicious, so I just unplugged my e-brake switch

I wouldn't recommend using you e-brake instead of your normal brakes lol
