Tony, I think the dyno sheets were posted a few pages back. A baseline and a final. The gains are noticeable in the areas you can actually see but since I didn't analyze it before the flash I'm at a bit of a loss to give it a true opinion.
Wish there was a way to toggle between the stock and new map. Then I could say something worthwhile.
The scenario that led up to it caught me by surprise. I was so giddy with excitement to get my ass over there.

For those of us with cables, can we have fun and data log our cars while we wait for the flash? Or do we need to wait and have it unlocked?

Yeah with the amount of stuff John's been doing for the community I can totally understand that he's busy. He gets more done by himself than probably 10 other normal people.

I'm also probably partially guilty of blowing him up over getting the E-85 tune, so I kinda feel bad.

I need to chill out and wait. Patience is a virtue, etc.

Sounds like he should consider expanding and hiring someone to help him out. Just my $.02.

I had an issue with my auto trans not holding 3rd gear at red line after about 15 minutes into an on track session. The dealer has ZERO clue why this is happening and I'm wondering if the auto trans tune could remedy this situation. I was thinking this might be a trans temp issue, but again the dealer can't give me any information.

The issue was an unexpected upshift about 20-30 meters before a braking zone while running 91-93 mph. Not exactly a great feeling when you are expecting to lift and get a bit of engine brake before trail braking the car into a 70+ mph corner.

If the tune will remedy this issue, I'm in!

Tony u need to chill, John seems to be working as hard as could. There is anew engine out, FA20 and so far he seems the most knowledgable about the engine and still unlocking it's secrets. Rushing him its only going to slow the process.

I am also one of the group buys. With 60 odd people with a approximate 2 hour tune and from australia You do the maths with all his other responsibilities. I would prefer he did each tune properly and maintain his reputation than do a half bit setup.

Just give the man some breathing room. He is dedicated to get us all setup but it ain't gonna get fixed any faster if he has to be pulled out to answer texts and Emails

So chill and let the man do his work...

Tony sounded pretty chilled actually. He was simply asking a question. John is the Vendor and Tony is the customer (who probably paid a significant 775).

It really comes down to setting and managing expectations at the start of the transaction from BOTH sides.
