My friend's Integra was stolen in Vallejo. They found it in the Vallejo ferry terminal parking, halfway painted the next day. You should tell your friend to swing by that parking lot every now and then.

Ferry terminal is a good spot, anywhere downtown really is a good place to search. Vallejo has a lot of spots you can drop off cars.

So I'm getting some custom vinyl printed up. Size im looking it is like 10" long and 3" letter height. I'm getting it in like reflective Electric/Florescent blue, but he can probably do other colors.
