Looking sharp, love the black and gunmetal, thats the combo I have on my S2000. I would have been tempted to go with black had I known the wheels would be gunmetal, but then I would remind myself how annoying it is to keep a black car clean.

My nervous guess is that the allocation number is tied to a month's shipment of cars. Like mine was 201704 so that might mean April's allotment of PP BRZ's contains mine.

So maybe the 2 at the end of my allocation number means February? That's the estimated arrival listed on the Vehicle Order Status/Pipeline.

Congrats and thank you for sharing the pics. I have been looking for good picks of the CBS(black) with the gunmetal rims, that is not a marketing shot.
I am very happy that we switched from the CWP (my fav. color on this car) to the CBS. Basically, I voted CWP... the wife voted CBS....so we decided to let fate decide. Whichever car was being delivered first is the one we would go with. Well for 30 days it was the CWP. .....then the salesman rang and said the CBS was coming in 3 weeks early. We switched colors, why not. Another 2 days and the whole gunmetal thing popped up on the forums. It couldnt have worked out better....of course i already have two different sets of rims/tires from my previous BRZ(s), that all serve different purposes. But still, what i fortuitous outcome. Car looks sharp, enjoy!!!

...and stock OEM Primacy tire weighs right at 22lbs. So by my powerful deduction skils
the rims weigh 19.8 lbs.

Yes, and for contrast, my 17x8 Enkei PF01 / 245/40ZR17 MPSS w/TPMS combo weighed in at 39.8lbs. So I saved 2lbs per corner with over an inch increase in section width.
