I will sell in a heartbeat if the factory FI does happen later and get that as I want faster but I also want the warranty.
If it doesn't happen, I still will keep the car for a while but may look elsewhere when it's time for something new since there seems to be a resurgence in small sporty cars coming out. Since we are cross shopping this car with other cars that are 2-3x what the twin costs in this thread, I think I would rather go all out and have a supercharged Lamborghini Huracan since there was no stipulation on spending limits imposed. |

It's not crazy for me to be cross shopping an frs with a Cayman. I almost bought a 911 a week before I bought my frs, but then I did some research at what maintenance would cost, and decided that at the time, it didn't make sense to have a daily driver like that. But now, whatever car replaces my frs won't be a daily, since I have a truck in my driveway as well |

Yes, but I would spring for a Monogram or Limited instead of a base FR-S. I'm going to spend the difference getting some of the missed functionality back into the car. I didn't try hard enough to find a Monogram at the time - I should have.

I would buy one again. I wish Subaru would make a few minor tweaks to make this car perfect: turbo (~250-275 whp), better factory radio with SWC, real fender vents instead of the faux black plastic, nicer stock wheels, nicer tail lenses. I will keep this car forever as my toy, my next car will likely be a WRX.

That was just a general statement. I have no regrets with my BRZ purchase, but I don't see the point in buying another of the same car. I need something that is better in snow and I'd like a turbo to play with. My BRZ will be there for summer driving.

I love my FR-S, but I did test drive an IS300 F sport when I was replacing the recently totaled Rav4. It was certainly nice to have the kid and wife with me in comfort and quiet. No heel toe to make the backroad commute a bit more entertaining would stink.
I'm honestly thinking about importing a first gen Impreza WRX STI as my next fun car. Who knows. I might buy out my FR-S company lease and enjoy it for 10 years. Sent from Tandy 400 |

If I totaled my 86, I would buy another.
I'm already in debt so might as well be in debt with an 86 |

If I had my own place with a 2+ car garage, I would buy a salvaged Twin and use it as a full project car for track purposes; leaving the current one as a DD.
