Very nice everyone! Anyone thought of sealing the plastidip, if its worthy enough work? like with opticoat? I feel like this would prevent the peeling of the plastidip. Yea or Nay?

No need for expensive opti coating, a layer of clear coat should do the same thing if not better.

I feel like if youre looking for something more permanent and durable its best to go with dupi color or whatever that one spray is called. Slips my mind at the moment.

Can you paint on top of PlastiDip? I'm guessing not since its silicon based. I ask because I was thinking of blacking out the Scion logos, but keep debating about filling in the Scion name (making it just a logo) or painting the letters white or maybe Firestorm, similar to the the ones on the photo below. I could just paint a set I realize, just considering all my options.

I'm not saying buy opticoat if you don't have it lying around. Mainly an idea for those who have some left, and want to protect anything else.

Not durable at all unless you go over it with some sort of clear that is durable. You can easily rub it off with your fingers.

I've actually recorded a few videos of peeling off and putting on plastidip... I just need to get em on youtube... then post some links... and hope I don't appear to be too much of a dork.
