Without having to change cars, I would like to suggest Road America. Great track with a lot of great corners and elevation changes.

Plus that 5.5 Speed engine in the Honda will love the 3 big open straights.

Anyone have Forza 3? I'd like to participate but dont have F4. :c

Both of those cars and circuits are in forza3 you can participate

But will be in a F3 class instead, any one who has both is allowed to participate in both, as long as your cool with that snoop?

FYI - there is no such thing as "Stage 1" in forza. Only Stock/Street/Sport/Race performance parts. By coilovers I'm guessing you mean suspension right? So are you saying sport suspension?

And why no sway bars? are you trying to take the tuning out of things?

Sorry but no way should he be allowed to participate. The games are HUGELY different and in no way are they the same.

For example, the PI system was completely reworked for Forza 4. So the same car is not going to be the same performance in Forza 3. Not to mention the entire Pirelli Tire model which was introduced in the Forza 4 engine.

Sorry but I completely disagree with allowing him to compete. Its just not the same game. If you want to run a list of people doing the same event in Forza 3, that would be okay. But you cannot mix the 2 games.

If you play on forza 3 you can only compete with forza 3 times, and same for forza4, but If you have both games you can participate in both classes, does that make sense?

you are correct, I meant street, and no not trying to take tuning out, this is just the setup for the week, next time it may be all sport engine and sport suspension, or maybe just sway bars next time and nothing else. Got me?

If the cars are fully loaded everytime, then it's kind of easier to get good times, with partial stuff sometimes it makes it more challenging for the group, but there will be weeks where it might be a fully loaded race/track car and there will be weeks of it just being a stocker, if you guys see a problem with this, let me know, I thought it would help in keeping the thread interesting for everyone and not just the people who have countless hours to play forza3/4

Fine but not weekly. Either every 15 days or every 30 days, depends how many people join.

Well, as much as I would like to say yes, I think it is better that only F4 can add their times.

Yes this is true, but don't worry if any more people ONLY HAVE FORZA 3 A new thread will have to be created, since this is titled "Forza 4 Lap Time Competition" not Forza 3

I thought thats what you were trying to say. Yes it does make sense but I can tell you that after playing Forza 4, I wouldn't really be interested in going back to FM3 just to put another lap on the board.

In reality, there will be much more people playing FM4 then FM3. So the list of FM3 guys is going to be really small compared to FM4.

It will work though if you have 2 lists running but the FM3 list will be small.
