I think the stock head unit is nice, it comes standard with HD Radio and Bluetooth and iPod input.

I have navigation on my Galaxy Nexus anyway.

sweet, Im glad Raven is metallic... its probably old news... but i hadnt seen anything that actually confirmed that..

and that sucks, i thought i read that the fr-s was getting alcantara...

the TRD exhaust sounds good... was always against TRD on my tC, but i might have to go for it this time

Got the video before the car is idling? Just wondering about the tach sweep deal I read in a few other threads. I was hoping this would confirm for me if the FRS does it or not. Not that it's a huge deal for me, just curious.

The FR-S didn't do the sweep when I started the car. I'm sure there's a way to code it in though if the BRZ can do it.

My brother was able to get his GTI reprogrammed to do the tach sweep. The USDM models don't do it by default but does so in other regions.

I find it kinda odd how something this would be programmed differently. I mean, the FRS and BRZ aren't that different when it comes to this sort of thing and adding a different start up program just seems unnecessary in my mind lol. Maybe it doesn't sweep on cars without auto start.

I'm fine with it not doing the sweep, I guess it helps differentiate it a little more from the BRZ.

Thanks for posting! I like the interior and front end of the FR-S! This is helping my decision even more to go with the FR-S over the BRZ. :happy0180:
