The bad part is that he is so small he is 100% reliant on USPS insurance for claims rather than handle directly. I'm sure the mods will address it as the poor reviews are starting to pop up on Facebook and other forums as well as this one. Like I said, I'm all for small business and starting somewhere but he will disappear fast if he doesn't communicate and effectively address problems.

yea i replaced all the leds i got from him on the package deal he offered in black friday, they werent bright, they kept corroding, and some didnt even work, i would drop the "you get what you pay for" deal, but another dealer on here has them at the same price minus some turns signals. Hidpowerhouse.com KI_ZN6 high quality stuff.

I wish the mods would take action on this vendor. Selling inferior products is understandable (better competition, reviews, etc. should forewarn potential customers), but basically taking money from forum members by shipping defective products and keeping returns is inexcusable.

Same situation here LEDs that came with my side markers died less then a week after install. He stated they come with a limited warranty since they're free way to stand behind your product.

Vicious, any reason it was shipped on 4/21 and not in March when the issue was made aware? @Jyn looks like you had to wait nearly a month for replacement parts that a decent vendor would make a priority to handle in the name of good service. Nah - rather hold off and do it when they feel like it.

Vicious I emailed you in regards to my order. You sent a usps tracking number to me on 4/16/14 but I still haven't received it. I checked the tracking number and it says "electronic shipping info received" dated 4/17/14. It says pre-shipment in big letters. Where is my package? My order numbers are 3864 and 3865. I've emailed you and you haven't responded. I ordered these back on 4/2/14 and it's now 4/27/14. I'm in California so it can't take that long to ship from Vegas. This is ridiculous.

I've received my replacement item - after a month of waiting, shipping charges, and escalating the Paypal claim. Thank you to the seller for finally sending a replacement part, but probably won't be buying again because of bad customer service.

Right, as we mentioned in our groupbuy thread to everyone a few times there was a delay on Helix's part for our order from them, mainly due to them being out of Clear Side markers for a while. Our order is due to arrive within the next day or so, and we had printed all of the shipping labels in anticipation of the order showing up. That way, as soon as they arrived we could package everything up and get all orders in the mail the same day. I do apologize for the delay, but your tracking number will start updating within the next few days. I'll check our email today and respond to any emails we've received as well. Thanks!
