Tuning these kits has been a lot of work, so far we have logged about 700+ hours on the tune we currently offer in order to smooth out the entire power band in order to make the car feel like a completely stock vehicle.

We have also worked with quite a few companies and customers through out the world on this tune, including South Africa, UAE and Europe. We also worked directly with Innovate for the North American market to create their CARB (California Air Research Board) tune.

So if you have any questions you are more than welcome to ask, pm etc...

Currently we have seen benefits with going smaller pulleys and our tunes even work with smaller pulleys. We are currently refining the tune right now for our 69mm pulley we are in the process of releasing.

Thanks for the feedback and was not keen on saying who the tuner was as don't want to start a slanging match and as William has said it's not necessary.

Would the Delicious Tune be compatible with Aust fuel as from what I can gather your 93/94 pump fuel is equivalent to our 98 pump (Ultimate 98) and do you have any idea of what I could expect HP wise on this fuel with a Delicious Tune.

Do you have a stock baseline dyno? What kind of dyno was used? Bill's tunes are very adaptable and his is one of the best OTS tunes you can buy. I currently use @DeliciousTuning for my setup and have sampled one from @moto-mike and both are excellent.

Base line was 105kw from memory, will check that out and type of dyno.

Also good to hear Sprintex is working on a tune as well.

God if you have E85 near you this 200+ ftlbs for the entire rpm range is quite nice. It must feel similar to the v8 M3's 250 ftlbs for the entire rpm range (due to M3 being much heavier).

Some charts from my low compression build; could have had more torque.

Fuel is Shell V Power 99 .... and the second line is for 97 fuel.

69mm pulley.

She goes well

What compression pistons did you fit.

I'm busy with a rebuild and feel 10.5.1 will be too low for the SC.

Late night install, but everything is working great!

-whataboutbob's notes were very helpful
-reading through most of this thread also really helped
-The only thing that was unclear was the brake booster for the manual. Had to look at a few install pics to realize that I replace the whole thing (which was fixed after I took the pic)
-Essentially installed the kit about 3 times... as a first time install I forgot to route the hoses through the right spot before mounting the blower. Third time, all the hoses were perfectly placed.
-ECUTek license was annoying... had to look online and found out I had to apply an update to the dongle. Was pretty stressed out before when the program kept saying I had no licenses left.

(Rained a little while too)

What other mods do you have on your car? Do you plan on taking it to the dyno?

Hi,

The tunes we have developed will work on just about any fuel. We have worked with a few customers around the world to make sure the tunes are adjusted appropriately for the fuel used. So far we have seen that California 91 octane to be about the lowest grade around the world. Though places like South Africa seem to be about the same.

A 98 RON is equivalent to about a 93/94 octane as you have stated, so this is actually better than what we have and would be very easy to adjust for.

Cheers,
William Knose

Check my journal out in my sig. Someone in this thread also has the same exhaust setup but with a Perrin intake and got about 240(?). I'll have to find the post again somehow.

Don't really care about dyno, but if there's a dyno day I end up going to i'll do it.
Power is definitely there hehe
