Hardgainer? Hit the gym hard and lift lift lift.

I thought about putting on like 5lbs of muscle but then again I don't want the added stress on my lower torso. I prefer to have lean efficient muscles then big bulky muscles and the ladies love my v-cut & 6pack.

You know, car people in California complain about the CARB certification nonsense all the time. I wonder if the govt. would be open to a certification program where you prove that your car meets OEM emissions requirements, and pay a larger sum than a typical smog check to cover the cost. Throw in noise and whatever too.

Man, my Math class is full of slackers and many were falling asleep during the 50 minute lecture. I was taking notes just to stay awake since it was just functions and graphing functions. Couldn't get any easier for me, and no homework so easy week. One girl confessed their love for the Professor after this revelation about no homework this week. Name: what.gif

Military science, was just 5 people so it was pretty casual, they should have combined the classes. Everybody likes outdoor stuff, surprise surprise.

I stayed up late to get my hair cut and managed to get 12 inches for Locks of love. Just need to send it off. I slept through PT but I figured that would happen, plus i need a uniform.

Oh and I got sick from drinking Mt.Dew at the cafeteria. Soap in the dishes, I haven't tasted soap on dishes in awhile. Probably since my siblings started learning how to wash dishes. I had the after effects of consuming soap last week(much worse) and I've heard several other people complain about being sick after eating there this week. I had to buy a bottle of Mt. Dew on the way home just to wash it down. Well, I got to run. Name: unamusedrun.gif

I don't think its impossible to get bigger and not be cut as well. Its just going to take more dedication in training to get there. Otherwise if I wanted drop some weight and be more cut, I honestly say I wouldn't be that satisfied with that result.

Something must be wrong with me...

Nope there is nothing wrong with you. It just seems like the people around say too skinny, should bulk up a bit especially at the gym. They keep talking about putting on weight to look good.

This is where I'm at body composition wise:

And I think I could be here if I added a bit more of muscle:

More muscle doesn't usually equate to better performance & stamina. IMO, I find it detrimental on my feet & legs.

I achieved the brad pitt look a few years back, working towards the 2nd but trying to keep the training reasonable.

There are other things in life, that one should enjoy... Currently lift 4-5 days a week and cardio 2 days. Still take days off where necessary or desired

Yeeeeah I know but I'm annoyed at how long it's taking for me to break out of the 160's. I mean last year I was 163 so I guess 3lbs is progress =/

Sorta-kinda. I'm not entirely a hardgainer, as in I can put on some serious weight but only if I dirty bulk. Clean bulking/natural bodybuilding is making it reaaaaaaaaaally hard to get the weight I need to hit my goal anytime soon. Maybe in like 5 years

For what's it worth though I've a pretty solid physique, I'd post pictures but I'll wait till we have a dedicated workout thread to do that lol.

just came back from having first lesson (2 & 1/2 hrs) of programing (Java) from a friend. Good news, I'll prob be able to do some basic programing (down the road)... bad news, I sure won't be able to do it for living lol Seriously, my hat's off to anyone who do C++, Java, JavaScript & other programing

lol, I'm trying to budget this BRZ project, which is a long term project. But the current list of mods and the cost is depressing.

I think most people here recommend not to sum the total cost of mods because its way too depressing and scary haha

Ask for a timed ban? I might have to request one for next week because I have a huge deal coming next week that I have to put forth 110% concentration.
