Would depend on how long it takes and how long the tools last.

From what I understand of aluminum MMC is it's a composite, like short strand fiberglass body filler. Except the crap polyesther resin is now aluminum alloy. And the short glass fibers are now high syrength/hardness ceramic.

Doesn't sound fun to machine if that is even semi-accurate.

For reference I have ceramic inserts that I use for facing off hardened shafting (1060 steel, induction surface hardened about .125" deep, hardess unsure but over RC50). It's hard stuff.

Had been seeing a girl the past 6 months or so (been friends for longer). I've been away for work for the past 2 months and have been visiting once a month (far away and costs a lot of $ in gas) and I was planning to visit in 2 weeks and take her out for dinner. We also have been talking a lot...Just found out that the girl had started dating someone else and told everyone else but me. Just found out now. (╯°□°）╯︵ ┻━┻ ..such an unlikely candidate, compared to me. Nothing had seemed amiss.
