And this is done without a dyno? And I'm assuming you've had more than enough experience with most setups to build a base map that is more than sufficient to be safe and stable. I'm not looking for every single drop of horsepower. Just 250-270 at the crank. Trying to build a reliable build without sacrificing too much of the daily driver part. I do ha ve a backup car though. :P

I was just curious, and it looks like I found my answer on your website (1/2 hour labor) if that is correct. Anyway, I am just about to upgrade my intake from stock/K&N to Araid. Will my map need a tweak, or will the adaptations take care of this. My map set is 91, 93, E50, E80; I think that auto-blip is on the E80, but I am not sure.

250-270 at the crank will be easily achievable and surpassed, intercooler or not. No need for a dyno tune. Our Innovate tunes are beyond dialed as anyone can attest to.

Sincerely,

Delicious Tuning

The tune will automatically adapt for the intake and pick up around 3-4whp over the K&N filter.

Sincerely,

The custom traction control option is based off of Ecutek's tables, and modified to our own taste. If you choose this option, you MUST disable the vehicle's standard traction control by holding down the "trac off" button for 5 seconds until both lights illuminate. This will activate the ecutek custom traction control. It interferes much less than the factory traction control system and many of our customers who track their cars like it very much.

Sincerely,

Delicious Tuning

@Zach- I just installed my Innovative SC with the 8.0 carb tune, I was hoping to upgrade to 8.58. What's the process for requesting a patch?
Thanks

Hey Michael,

When you purchase a kit with the CARB tune, you're not really buying "our" tune. We made the CARB tune for Innovate, but as far as the tune you get with the kit, that is essentially property of Innovate. Our 8.58 tune is a separate animal altogether, and would be a separate purchase. Luckily since you already have cable and license, all you need is the map. PM me for details.

Sincerely,

Delicious Tuning

Yes, but technically, no. We can make the parameters that the stock map would follow for map 1, but it would still be considered an Ecutek file and if someone decided to go tearing through the ECU, they could figure that out. IE Toyota for warranty claims, if that's what you're getting at.

Sincerely,

Delicious Tuning

I haven't received a reply to my pm so I thought I'd ask my question here.

I'm about to install a Flex Fuel kit on my BRZ. Do you prefer to have the sensor connected to the DI or PI line?

Thanks.
