I'll chip in to this thread, though I have yet to order anything from FT-86 SpeedFactory, I definitely will be in the future.
I used the "Email Us" pop up in the lower right corner of their website to ask a question and received a response almost right away. I emailed Jeremy back when I found out I couldn't cancel an order I placed with another vendor, and Jeremy replied right back and also informed me why they don't do group buys, etc. Certainly a nice surprise since I wasn't even expecting a response! When it comes time for my next oil change, I'll definitely be ordering from them, along with some performance stuff.

Love the Speedfactory store. they have such a great selection of parts and prices and list really good info and videos on most of the parts. ill be ordering my headers, my exhaust my tune, my intake, my suspension, basically everything i need from you guys keep up the great business
