Renderings are clearly shopped, but don't look too bad. Still hoping that this thing comes out lightweight above all else. If it does that and looks no more hideous than a WRX, I'm game.

EZ30's are nice, Subaru doesn't have a performance-built EZ as far as I'm aware but the newer EZ30's still make 245 or so hp. With heads and direct injection, a 300hp NA boxer would be sexy. It's long been my hope that a few years after this is out, a similar car with a beefier rear end and stretched rear end (for an H6 and dual-wishbone suspension) would be released and called the Supra... similar platform but revised and given a healthy injection of powah. Kinda like the way the early Supras evolved out of the Celica line.

This...this so 'effin hard. If what you described came out even two years after I bought the frs I'd upgrade day one. I do hope this is the direction they plan to go in and that the fr-s is just testing the waters for toyota sport cars.

That blue car is stunning.

The yellow one is just a bit too sleek for my tastes.

I know, if only we kept the MK1 body into the production.

Perhaps. For whatever reason, I REALLY like cars that look like they've got a wide-body kit on them. There's something that just screams "I'm going to kill your firstborn child" about a car with fender flares that look a little out of place. Like it's trying to grow out of it's skin.

I really like the new WRX widebody for example. And AMG's Black Series cars are, IMHO, the best looking vehicles on the road.

I've never been a fan of the cars designed to be all curvy and have hips and all that. Why try to make a car look like a women? There's plenty of ACTUAL women.

Then again I think the SVT Raptor is sex on wheels, so my tastes in vehicle styling definitely err more on the side of raw aggression than sleekness.

And I want the red one but with only the back 2 wheels, none of that superfluous wheel malarkey for me. Steering's for pussies anyways

I'm not sure if its a coincidence or not.. but wingsofwar just had his firstborn child. And your comment... either was made mistakenly.. or has a very troublesome interpretation behind it. o_O
