this makes me so sad

i'm sorry you went through this
i remember my accident when my bags went off, i also had the wipers going too.....i always wondered if i bumped the stick by accident, or if they just started working from the hit.....and the powder from the bags confused me even more....it does take a few seconds to realize what is going on when it's so instantaneous

i'm glad you're not injured.....what about the woman? her car doesn't really look like it's been in an accident

the lady in the other car was fine she was walking fine between her car and mine, she wrote down her info ( i double checked if they were matching with her id and insurance) and mine. I could not write anything at that time. Yea that powder from the air bags smelled really bad and i was most confused at the wipers haha

That car looks like a total loss to me.

Glad you're okay.

Bad week for white FT86s

Glad you are alright! Cheer up. You can always get another car. You are only 21, young and healthy. Man, you have got the world by the balls!

Wow! No accident investigation at all with that much damage? How do the insurance companies establish fault?

If the car is totaled are you going to make arrangements to removed the aftermarket parts? Or are you going to try to get the insurance company to make you whole on the loss of the car and the parts?

yea no cops... thats Los Angeles for you.. Apparently if there was no major injuries the cops will not show, at least that was what my lawyer told me about them being lazy, and that they are behind like 4 months in paper work lol...
As for the insurance companies establishing faults, im not sure as this was my first ever accident. Everyone is going to say that its the other partys fault for the accident, and im 100% sure it was her fault for trying to pull into the gas station right in front of me when my light was green. Instead of blaming me for the accident as soon as i became aware after like 5 minutes of sitting in the car she came and asked if i was okay, i could of blamed her for making a left turn in front of me, but instead i was worried about my car and coilovers at the moment haha..

If the car is totaled the only thing i have installed were my Coilovers ( i hope they are not damaged) and LEDS, my leds in the back are fine so im going to have those removed as well, but everything else in the front was destroyed. My Euro-R's came in the mail the same night then i teared a bit when they were delivered.

Sorry about your car man! It looks totaled. I hope your insurance handles your claim efficiently.

lol don't say that. Bad luck! But have fun on your 21st and don't take the car out if you do go out. Sometimes I think this car attract unwanted attention, got pulled over the other day to take a sobriety test, I was scared shitless because I've never been pulled over like that before. I did have drinks but I made sure I was positively perfect to drive before taking off. Blew a 0 and know I was ok to drive before that but the experience just scares me.

When you decide you are "perfect" the next time, try to only kill yourself, please.

What are you talking about? Having a drink and waiting 2 hours is drunk now? And if blowing a 0 is not perfect then i don't know what is.
