I'm glad everyone here had great experiences, but I'm not one. For me to go to a public board and give a bad review it takes a lot, and this guy have crossed that line more than once. Always with excuses, always trying to make you feel like its your fault and not his, completely unprofessional. I'm a tolerant guy, but when I smell BS
I do get upset.
Will not get into details because my post would be too long but here is a recap...
-Bought smoke turn signals.
-After a while, didn't hear anything.
-Send email to ask for update, email address was not working.
-After a while longer, he sent tracking number.
-Got item, one of them came with a star crack and both looked like cheap crap.
-Sent him email with pics, he commented they were minor and will not affect performance. (really? like I paid for damaged goods)
-Back and forth emails.
-Sent item and sent him tracking number since he asked for one and a bunch of other unnecessary crap.
-Asked for refund, told him I was tired of his excuses and his condescending tone.
-According to tracking number, it was delivered Saturday 3/22. Emailed him that Saturday to ask when will the refund be, he said he had to pick them up from the post office.
-Send me an email yesterday that there was no item in the post office, maybe I sent it to the wrong address, couldn't use common sense to give the tracking number he asked for to any employee in the post office.

His items are crap and his customer service is worse. Maybe youll get lucky and get your items like you order in a timely fashion, but if anything goes wrong, don't expect great service. I can imagine him right now, replying this message really friendly and noble, just because other than him and I are reading.

I purchased a set of smoked side markers twice from Vicious LED and both times were positive experiences. The first time I purchased through a GB, and they shipped out quickly. Unfortunately, someone tried to steal one of my side markers and damaged the A-clip and weather stripping, so I decided to purchase a second set. Fast shipping. Packaged well. I definitely would recommend!

Shipping was wicked fast, but I have an LED panel with 7 burned out LEDs and still no response to PM on replacement.

That's perfectly fine then. I have no issue with that. It's when people start lying and slandering our name about an incident that is out of our control that irks us. We've been nothing but helpful in trying to resolve this issue with him and instead he belittles us, resorts to saying we are "condescending", that we have the worst service on the face of the planet, etc..which is clearly not the case. We've initiated the refund on good faith even though we never got the products back and he is still 110% unhappy. What more does he expect us to do?

This is not true, nothing you say is true. Refund has not being initiated. This guy is just playing the victim game here.
What else I expect you to do? What about stop lying, stop with the excuses and give me my money back.

Update to my feedback.
This seller asks for feedback, good or bad, I have emails and tracking numbers to back my claims and he goes out and gives me a negative feedback for 'talking bad about him'.
Just another example of what kind of person you are dealing with. Avoid.

There are many other people on this forum that know what kind of person I am and who they are dealing with, and we've had over 900+ successful transactions. This is one of maybe 3 or 4 that's gone sour, and I'm sorry it didn't work out but we've already initiated the refund of your money. What more do you want from us?

An update to my experience: Service is great until you need customer support. Seller dropped the ball after trying to return a defective product.

Seconding @ICEBONEZ. This vendor has not delivered parts I ordered and I've had to escalate to a Paypal dispute. He still has not responded. Terrible customer service.

I've had same experience with quick response/shipping, but when the product I got was defective, the vendor disappeared. I shipped items back to him with tracking, as instructed by him, and still have not received a replacement part almost a month later.
