You can get smaller than a ranch with all those other things?

It's harder to find smaller places with all I want, but they do pop up.

The move is still a ways away.

Oh, I see! Yeah, that'll work. It's not symmetric enough for my taste, but I see what you're getting at. A slight variation will allow you to count to 9 with one hand, that's useful.

That place here would be two or three times that price. Get closer to Toronto and could be ten or more times. @Cole what do you think that would go for around you?

My home is a POS. I'm doing a kitchen and master bath remodel, all interior doors, and floors plus other this and thats now. When I'm done I'll be putting it on the market for $1.5 mil.

They said on the news the other day that you have to make $217k+ to qualify for the "average" house here. Impossible for the kids to buy here.

ASL has a system for counting to 10 quite easily on one hand. I use that one all the time.

Fun, yeah. Now we just need to write the book that gets turned into a movie and get rich!

True. We've been renting the same place the past 13 years. Sucks. Impossible to get a decent house around here.

Was looking more the TO number. Be about the same as here for Guelph.
I can't even imagine the cost in much of the TO area.

Geez...I don't know 1) how and 2) why folks want to live in areas like that. It's not like there aren't jobs elsewhere.

Here in Georgia this is a $700K house on 6 acres of land (actually a couple of miles from me I may need to go look at it)

Born here. Certainly wouldn't move here. That is why we are relocating to Boise after I retire in 2019.

It is often a big shock to executive types who get jobs here from other states. They sell mansions back home only to be able to afford crappy tract homes here.

BTW, is your name Curtis?
