I got my justice with a subordinate recently who has been a pain in the ass since he was hired. I recently had a meeting with the engineering manager to speak about a few things from this past year.

I was brutally honest with the problems I've had with this employee, and I'm fairly certain he will not be given full time status once his contract is finished.

this dumb broad is not only slow but hasn't worked a full week since she started 4 months-ish ago.

Maybe he should have had some foresight and not been insubordinate multiple times over minor things.

He straight up disregarded instructions 3 times in a single week, and one of his decisions cost the company around 2000 dollars.

Sometimes I hate being in a supervisory position with some of the things I need to deal with. So many times I've looked at the issues being brought up to me, and I just shake my head and think "How do these people manage to even breath throughout the day"

Of course, I still have complaints about those above me. But dealing with kids straight out of school is probably the worst thing I've had to deal with.
