To mount your radar detector up by the mirror, consider purchasing one of those "attach to the mirror mounts" and run a straight (not curled) wire tucked under the headliner, down behind the window frame (A pillar) and plug it into the lighter socket that is behind the glove box. humfrz |

another newbie here..
i'm considering one of the 2 models in the future(currently leaning towards the br-z for it's better looking DRL's, and slightly better handling characteristics), and am attempting to do my homework on it, in between getting distracted with other things.. my main interests are lighting(i'm easily distracted by anything led) and audio(used to run a full-active carpc setup), with performance taking up 3rd place, and so far, the 86 looks like a good candidate for a lot of mods in those areas! |

Hello all! I have long been a car enthusiast and have always owned rear-wheel-drive Toyotas. After a year of planning, I picked up my Whiteout manual FR-S two weeks ago and I love love love it! I am still breaking it in but enjoying the sunny days around Portland this time of year. The plan is to have it be a nearly-stock reliable fun daily driver.
Of course I am tempted by the thought of crazy mods, but I still have these two to satisfy that urge: Looking forward to getting to know the community! |
