Yes Ashikabi is right, while we will eventually try to get back to everyone via whatever manner they contact us, Email will definitely get much quicker response times as we visit the forums way less often then we do our email inbox. Email also allows us to have good record of all communication for order specs of sizing, finish, customization etc. |
