I'm on a low carb diet so I can't have much beer anymore. Went to Flying Dog and I had to nurse one flight the whole time we were there. My growlers are collecting dust on my bar cart.

My girlfriend suggested michelob ultra...I told her I still have whiskey.

I'm down 25lbs in 6 weeks though...and I eat steak twice a week. So I guess its a win.

Which reminds me that if you haven't tried reverse searing steak, it's now my go to method of cooking my preferred ribeye. In oven probe thermometer with an alarm is key to making it super easy.

Oh, those are nice. A friend has them. Perfectly good wheels. Solid black.

I almost always sous vide and sear in cast iron if I have the time.
Perfection every time.

I did a ribeye a couple weeks ago...

Yeah...I've had a few different sous vide setups sitting in my amazon cart for a while. Not sure how much I wanna spend on it yet.

A buddy of mine has one...he did a london broil that made me weep a bit.

I was on the fence until my friend got one.
Had some gift cards to use so decided on the Anova.

Low Carb diets are for people who haven't even taken Bio0101 check on the order in which your body breaks down things chemically...

I just learned something. Do you have the special water heater thingy? I'm keen to try the technique.

edit: NVM, I'm caught up.
