awww that sucks. if it isn't big you should take it to a glass shop and see if they can repair it... best to do that before it starts to expand into a huge crack.

Yes, there's a crack on my windshield. Good thing its at the bottom part. I already called AAA and they recommended a shop, also called Piercey if they do repairs, but the dude pretty much recommended another shop that the dealership uses. I'd rather have the windshield replaced than have it repaired. Im not convinced that puting or filling the crack with a resin would "repair" it. I'll check both shops on monday. You guys will see the crack tomorrow. Oh! And to add to that, my gas meter is acting funny.

hopefully you can get an OEM windshield replacement... not sure if they are hard to come by or if there are "generic" replacments available yet. When I had to replace the windshield on my Lexus, the insurance wouldn't pay for an OEM replacement ($1400!) when a cheaper generic ($700) was available. I ended up getting the generic and it felt like it didn't have as much sound insulation built into it, definitely heard more wind noise with the newer glass.
One (rare?) instance where OEM is definitely better than aftermarket...

And it just got worse. The crack is now 6" long. Dang! Hopefully i get the OEM one. Good thing it doesnt leak though. I tried running water over it and so far water's not going through.
