The message on the lunches was loud and clear at the last one!
A couple members (they're actually brothers) made the new page for registration, one of them will be at the lapping day if you want to high five him in person.

Paid! I forgot to mention in the Paypal that I paid for July 12. But see you there, this will be my first time on a track but I'm not a noob to fast speeds - I think I want to keep my licence a bit longer....lol

No worries, if you pay by the PayPal form after filling in the registration it automatically adds what event it is for.

Thanks. If I wanted to buy a helmet, anything in particular I need to look for? Obviously DOT approved but snell rating of some sort? Otherwise I'll have to borrow a helmet.

Get snell rated for sure, it gives you more flexibility in the future. Some groups are ok with DOT only, some require snell.
If you can find one you like for a price you're ok with, a snell SA is best because it's rated for use in vehicles with a roll cage. Difference being a snell M is made to take a single impact in a crash, an SA is designed to take multiple impacts off a rollcage in a crash. My SA2010 was about $300 taxes in, you can definitely get a snell M rated for less if you shop around though. And whatever you do, don't buy a 2005 rated helmet, they're expired as of the end of this year.

There are a few loaner helmets, but they might get sweaty through the day.
You can definitely get a cheaper helmet, I knew I was going to want to be in caged cars so I spent more on mine. Royal distributing apparently has good deals on Snell M rated helmets all the time.
